The diversity of roles Steve has held provides him a unique perspective when it comes to innovating brand experiences and marketing. His career includes ad agency time, marketing technology, a move client side and ultimately coming back to the agency world, but as an owner.
He and his business partner set out to take Rebuild from a three-person group to a multi-million dollar agency, the core focus was to create a culture of learning. Since then, he has led growth of the shop, modeled more like ‘IDEO for marketing’, through unique brainstorming programs, primary customer desire research and marketing innovation roadmaps. The shops’ work proudly includes clients in the Fortune ten, unique travel destinations and hot tech startups.
