Head of Digital Experience, Shake Shack

Steph So is VP of Digital Experience at Shake Shack.  She oversees digital marketing, digitalproduct roadmap and strategy and third-party delivery partnerships.  Since joining the companyin 2019, Steph has been focused on growing digitalsales and supporting integrated marketingcampaigns in new digitalchannels. She’slaunchedmultipleenhancements across ShakeShack’s App and Webandhas been fundamental inintegratingnew delivery partnersandlaunchingco-marketing campaigns across their platforms.Prior to Shake Shack, Steph served as Chief Marketing Officer at Extend Fertility, the largestsingle clinic egg freezing practice in the country. Previously, Steph was the Chief MarketingOfficer at Cover FX, a global color cosmetics brand.  Her career has spannedfashion and beautywith a focus on building strong digital brands with integrated marketing and storytelling. She’sbuilt that experience across large and small brands with roles at RalphLauren,Shopbopand Estee Lauder.Steph began her career in professional services, as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and aConsultant at Bain & Company.  She graduated with honors from Stanford University andreceived her MBA from Harvard Business School.  She is a Co-Founder and serves on theBoardof South Bronx United, a soccer-based youth development organization. She resides inManhattan with her husband and three young sons
