Stacy Warner is the associate director of marketing for the Diamond Crystal brand at Cargill. Together with the team they are focused on building the Diamond Crystal Salt brand into a household name and pantry staple.

Stacy is a forward-thinking marketing leader with a focus on digital marketing and embracing new technology. From the early days of influencer marketing, launching the first of its kind campaign with Hailey Steinfeld and Spotify for back-to-school campaigns with Post-it® brand to leveraging AI technology to drive social content strategy with Diamond Crystal brand. Stacy embraces the test and learn approach to marketing strategy and brand development.

Prior to Cargill, Stacy was Director of Integrated Brand Marketing and Partnerships for SmileDirectClub the clear aligner therapy startup out of Nashville, TN. While at SmileDirectClub Stacy launched SDC’s new oral care products within Walmart and CVS and in short order became the category brand leader at Walmart.

Prior to SDC, Stacy spent 7 years at 3M working on the Post-it® and Scotch® brands where she led the development of numerous campaigns and brand collaborations with large retail partners like Target and Walmart.

Stacy has a passion for marketing and translating consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies. She has built teams and brands with a focus on growth and being flexible to evolving with the consumer.

Stacy has a M.A. in strategic management, bachelor’s in communications from St. Kate’s in St. Paul, MN and holds two certifications digital marketing strategy from Kellogg University School of business.   Stacy, her husband Mike and their two children, Sophia and Sawyer reside in St. Mary’s Point, MN.
