Shermika Dunner is a strategic marketer with expertise in building customer connections and driving innovation. In her present role at Kimberly-Clark as Senior Manager, Customer and Channel Marketing, she leads the marketing strategy for key customers and has driven e-commerce and digital marketing growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands like Kleenex, Scott, and Cottonelle.  Shermika has worked in marketing, brand, and product roles at Ford Motor Company, Henry Schein and Lennox International. She has built a reputation for digital marketing excellence, global customer engagement, revenue growth, and strategic planning.  She is a recipient of the inaugural 40 under 40 Young Alumni Achievement Award at Clark Atlanta University, Brand Innovators 40 under 40 Marketers 2021 South Region, and Top 50 Marketers by African-American Marketing Association.  Shermika’s personal values are to pay it forward and always be of service. Her professional and community affiliations include Board Member and Director of Marketing National Black MBA Association – Atlanta Chapter, Board Member United Way African-American Partnership Program, Junior League of Atlanta, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Shermika earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She received a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy from Yale University and is a lifelong learner. She is a graduate of the Adweek Executive Mentor Program, United Way Volunteer Improvement Program and McKinsey Management Accelerator Program.  Shermika resides in Atlanta where she can be found trying the latest restaurant from TikTok. She is also an avid traveler, jazz lover, and enjoys shopping for home décor with her rescue chihuahua, Harlem, in tow.
