Agency Development Director, Taboola
Scott Saperstein is the Head of Agency Development at Taboola and leads a team in charge of evangelizing, influencing, and motivating agencies and their clients to become preferred partners of Taboola.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience as an executive leader skilled in media sales and strategy, new business generation, marketing, product development, e-commerce, and agency relations building revenue generating sales teams, products and platforms for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.
Before joining Taboola, Scott was the Head of Video and Agency Sales at Condé Nast securing and implementing their first video upfront agreements and constructing their video go-to-market sales strategy. He was also responsible for Big 6 Holding company relationships and revenue growth. Prior to Condé Nast, Scott ran New Business Development for Viacom Media Networks generating hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue over his tenure. Scott also
held senior sales positions at Microsoft, Phase2Media and helped launch and market one of the first online trading platforms at DLJdirect. He started his career as a media buyer / planner at Modem Media to whom he credits his great training in digital media and still keeps in touch with many of his mentors.
Scott earned a BS from Cornell University and his MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. In his spare time, Scott is a co-chair and active member of HelpUsAdopt.org and a youth baseball and street hockey coach. He lives in Short Hills, NJ with his wife Julie and 12 year-old twins, Logan and Gabrielle.
