Sarah Outlaw

Sarah Outlaw has over 14 years of HR experience, including four at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where she is the HR director. Within her role, Sarah focuses on empowering employees to take creative risks and make the best work of their lives. Her team also works to enrich the employee experience inside and outside of W+K. Over her career, Sarah has worked across social services and learning and development. She is a strong advocate for women and people of color and builds programs that create brave spaces and cultivate empathetic leaders.
