Vice President, New Business for Paramount Global
Sarah is Vice President, New Business for Paramount Global. As part of the Convergent Sales group, Sarah’s team is responsible for crafting advertising partnerships that drive new business, multicultural, and inclusive sales revenue by leveraging Paramount content, products, and IP in unique ways. In this role, Sarah has been integral in developing strategic partnerships with brands such as Cash App, Body Armor, and VW.
Sarah’s tenure at Paramount spans 17 years. Prior to her current role in New Business, Sarah spent over a decade supporting the Nickelodeon brand across marketing and sales as Director of Strategic Accounts, Account Executive and Director of New Business Marketing. Sarah joined Paramount in 2005 as a Marketing Manager for MTV Networks International. Her career-defining love of new business was ignited by her first job on the pitch team at McCann Erickson New York.
Sarah has moderated Brand Innovators AdWeek and SXSW events, panels and roundtables on Female Leadership, Challenger Brands and Marketing Innovation. She is passionate about mentorship and champions young female executives at Paramount, The Boyd Initiative and SheRunsIt. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Sarah lives in Pelham, NY with her husband Mark and their 3 children. In Pelham, Sarah is on the Board of the Pelham Education Foundation where she serves as VP, Project Development. She is also a member of the Board of Education Cultural Competence committee, the Colonial School Site-Based Council, and the Pelham CNC. Sarah will be performing at Carnegie Hall this season as a member of Essential Voices USA.
