Brand Manager - Innovation, Two Good, Danone
Salvatore Salemme currently leads Innovation on Danone North America’s fastest growing yogurt brand, Two Good. He started his career at Deloitte and joined Danone North America’s Finance Department in 2015 focusing on Innovation FP&A. After two years in Finance, he transitioned to the Marketing Department where he supported the turnaround of the Activia Probiotic Health business, returning the $500M brand back to growth after years of decline. Soon after, he moved to his current role leading Two Good Innovation where he most recently launched Two Good – Good Save. Good Save fights food waste at the farm level by utilizing verified rescued fruit in partnership with food-rescue start-up Full Harvest. Good Save has won the 2021 BIG Innovation Award by Business Intelligence Group and has been named a Best New Product of 2020 by DairyFoods.com.
