Ryan Pauley is the Chief Revenue Officer at Vox Media, the leading media company known for building modern media properties and the platforms that enable them. He is responsible for new business and advertising innovation by solving industry-wide needs and building upon Vox Media’s distinct 13 editorial networks. Pauley oversees Vox Media’s marketing partnerships organization and two distinct advertising businesses: Vox Creative, the in house content studio, and Concert, the publisher-led marketplace.

With over eight years at Vox Media, working in strategy and operations with a focus on data and programmatic, Pauley is dedicated to inventing a better future for media and advertising. In 2016, he led the conceptualization and launch of Concert, Vox Media’s premium ad marketplace. Since launch, he has led Concert’s expansion to include dozens of premium partners such as BuzzFeed, Quartz, New York Media, PopSugar and Rolling Stone. The marketplace now reaches over 200 million people each month and 99% of all millennials.
