Drawing on my experiences as a queer man, a seasoned policy leader who advocates for and obtains tangible results for LGBTQ+ folks and other minority/disadvantaged communities, an award-winning film, television and marketing storyteller, and an experienced coach, I excel at identifying and empathetically communicating root causes and unacknowledged internal and external dynamics which enables me to design, co-create and get buy-in for new systems and narratives that produce tangible, transformative change rather than cosmetic fixes.
