Rex heads up Marketing & User Acquisition at Lettuce Grow, by The Farm Project. An innovative, convenient, fail-proof, and eco-friendly food growing system, Lettuce Grow makes it possible for anyone to grow their own food, regardless of experience or space.
Prior to Lettuce Grow, Rex held growth marketing roles at several L.A. startups. He was one of the first marketing hires at The Honest Company when the business launched in 2012 and helped Honest grow from 0 to $100M+ annual revenue by 2015. He then went on to lead performance marketing teams at Five Four Group and Swagbucks before joining Lettuce Grow in 2019.
