Since joining Nestlé almost 12 years ago, Rachel has worked on 10 brands in the beverage and ice cream categories. She loves the thrill of a retailer sell-in meeting, practicing radical candor and the fact that marketing is both an art and a science. Currently, Rachel oversees Häagen-Dazs Communications and the Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream Strategic Growth Channel Acceleration. Rachel has a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. A Bay Area native, Rachel lives in Oakland with her two kids who think she’s got the best job in the world.
