Rachael Dillon is a communications professional with more than 10 years of global experience working in both the beauty and food & beverage industries. Rachael is currently the Executive Director, Global Communications & Influencer Relations at Aveda, where she oversees communications strategy, brand partnerships and influencer management for the iconic beauty & hair care company. Prior to joining Aveda, Rachael lived and worked in Hong Kong as the Head of PR, APAC & Middle East for Deliveroo — the UK’s fastest-growing tech start-up — where she drove positive communication and storytelling in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the Middle East. Rachael grew up in New York and now resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband, one-year-old son and labradoodle, Penny. In her spare time, Rachael loves traveling (when possible!), hiking, cooking or enjoying one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes.
