Oliver Silzer serves as the partnerships lead for TikTok's Creator Marketing Partner program with an emphasis on scaling the number of partners and deepening existing relationships and integrations. Combining his curiosity for product and his experience in sales and account management at start-up stage companies, Oliver oversaw the launch and growth of the Creative Marketing Partner program to provide and service the creative needs of TikTok advertisers. He is now focused on developing an ecosystem of reciprocal 3P relationships in the creator and influencer marketing space that help drive business outcomes for all stakeholders across TikTok, 3P partners, advertisers and creators.
Prior to TikTok, Oliver has worked at a variety of digital media advertising agencies and MarTech companies including SocialCode, 4C and Undertone. He lives in New York and is a graduate of The College of Charleston.
