Nico leads digital customer care strategy for Scotiabank Contact Centres across seven contact centres for more than twenty countries in the Americas. Before moving to the financial sector, Nico worked as a High School teacher, the agency world, and not for profit sector. Having been an early adopter to all things digital, by leveraging social media as an educational tool, and later by working with brands like Rogers, Tourism Australia, Ubisoft, McDonald’s, among others, he brings a unique set of skills and knowledge in the ever changing digital new world.
