Monique’s success stems from her ability todeeply understand and empathize with the division’s evolutions, needs andchallenges. She accredits this to her 11+ year career at Stanley Black& Decker where she has been a graphic designer, project coordinator, andsystem administrator.
When she’s not problem solving, you can usually find Moniquesitting at a BWI gate watching one of the 800 movies she owns awaiting her nextadventure. Her favorite vacation spot is visiting the theme parks in Orlando,Florida. Monique loves the thrill rides at Universal Studios and Disney World’satmosphere.
