Chief Marketing Officer, LOLA
Monica Belsito is Chief Marketing Officer of LOLA responsible for building the first lifelong brand for reproductive health offering clean products, content, and a community that supports consumers from their first period to their last hot flash.
Prior to LOLA, Monica was Sr. Brand Manager at Dollar Shave Club (DSC) where she developed and launched new sub-brands, categories, and products to execute on DSC's mission of owning the men’s bathroom, culminating in DSC's $1B acquisition by Unilever.
Monica began her brand management career at Colgate-Palmolive through the Global Management Development Program (GMDP). Following her rotational programs with the Walmart sales team and Global Homecare team, she managed various pieces of the US Oral Care and US Personal Care businesses.
Monica holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School (Section J, 2011).
