Retail Marketing Channel and Experience at Vanguard, she leads a team of strategists and specialists to

deliver personalized, customer-centric experiences across every online and offline channel. Previously,

as Managing Director for Marketing Strategy at Ogilvy, Melody advised clients on key marketing

initiatives, helping them maximize business opportunities and leveraging that critical intersection of

creative, data, and technology. Melody also worked at Vivaldi Partners Group, a boutique strategic

consulting firm with a focus on identifying customer needs to design brand strategies and activations.

She also spent some time at Sears Holdings as a marketing leader for Craftsman, one of the leading

home improvement brands in the industry. Melody started her career in operations and supply chain

management as a Senior Consultant with IBM Global Business Services and Analyst with Stanley Black

and Decker.
