Melissa Leal, a nine year PR vet at State Farm, has a diverse communications background. Starting her career focusing on government relations, community relations, philanthropy, and media relations in the plain states, Melissa moved to national PR. Her campaign focus was CSR and auto safety efforts. During this time she received a Silver Anvil for Integrated Communications Campaigns for the company’s crowd-sourced philanthropic program, Neighborhood Assist.
