Megan Lunde is passionate about data-driven marketing, and a key member of Amperity’s Solution Consulting organization. In her role, she serves as a thought partner to brands who are exploring the CDP market. She partners closely with leaders & change agents across the retail, travel, luxury, financial services, and telecom industries to diagnose their customer data challenges and design creative, technology-led solutions that lead to happier, more valuable customers.
Megan previously served on the client services team at Amperity, helping retail & luxury clients harness the power of their customer data to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Megan joined Amperity from Custora, a leading customer intelligence platform for retailers that was acquired by Amperity in 2019. Prior to joining Custora, Megan spent a decade as an in-house marketer - most recently bringing a data-driven approach to developing loyalty partnerships at American Express for retail, telecom and grocery verticals. Prior to Amex, she built community at leading telecom & biotechnology trade consortiums, and earned a BS from Stanford University. Outside of work, you’ll find Megan skiing, cycling or chasing around her dog Bella.
