Mary Hill leads the influencer division at Initiative.

Within her 10+ year career in custom media, Mary has worked with such notable brands as The Coca-Cola Company, Gilead, Merck, Nintendo, Sony Pictures, Unilever, and T-Mobile, to name a few.

Mary launched her career client side at Sony Pictures where she was the digital marketing team’s liaison between PR and legal departments for talent led media buys; a position that prepared her to transition agency side to produce award winning influencer and digital media campaigns. Most notable being, Dove’s The CROWN Act, a purpose campaign that seeks to end ethnic hair discrimination within the workplace and schools.

Additionally, Mary is a proud HBCU graduate (Xavier University of Louisiana), who, outside of work, enjoys sprinkling her black girl magic across the areas of photography and youth activism.
