Insights and Innovation Director Elida Beauty, Unilever
As the Director of Insights & Innovation for Elida Beauty at Unilever, Marnie is responsible for driving consumer-centric decisions for Elida’s portfolio of beauty and personal care products. Marnie has a steadfast focus on doing right by consumer’s needs, their choices and their feedback – and puts her passion behind research that will inform the best choices for each brand, especially now as Elida Beauty looks to refound iconic brands.
Marnie brings 13 years of consumer insight experience to Elida Beauty, covering a breadth of brands including Global Dove, Suave and Knorr – as well as a depth of capabilities including strategy & positioning, innovation, communications and customer development. Her prior experience in a Hispanic advertising agency and several roles within Unilever focusing on multicultural audiences provide Marnie with a unique background perfectly suited for the consumer needs in the US today.
Marnie lives in Evergreen, Colorado with her husband, two daughters Taylor and Kaitlyn and their dog Charlie – and in her spare time she enjoys trail running and hiking the outdoor trails hear her home.
