Global Channels Marketing Manager, Focus Brands

As Global Channels Marketing Manager at Focus Brands, Mario leads strategic marketing & innovation initiatives for brands in the portfolio including Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s, Carvel and Moe’s across retail and foodservice. He serves as the key conduit between internal brands and major external brands such as Cheesecake Factory, Pizza Hut, and Pillsbury to execute end-to-end ideas. Most recently he led a successful partnership with KFC to launch the popular Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits nationally in over 4,000 locations and across digital, social, and TV.

Mario is most passionate about approaching brand driven innovation with an entrepreneurial lens to deliver dynamic brand experiences. His leadership is rooted in almost 10 years of experience in strategic roles at companies such as Coca-Cola, Tyson Foods, and Brill. He also volunteers in an advisory capacity for local start-up ventures and sits on the leadership team of a large scale social impact incubator.
