Lynne has had the privilege of leading several transformation initiatives at The Coca-Cola Company for over 26 years, using her strengths in strategy, marketing, insights, client relationship management, and operations to deliver exceptional results. With expertise in Design Thinking, Operational Excellence (Six Sigma) and Agile principles, she inspires stakeholders, explores transformational business challenges and drives enterprise organizational change to achieve objectives. 

In her role as the North America Director of eCommerce Strategy & Innovation, Lynne has been fortunate to lead a team that has developed digital revolutionary strategies, deployed new marketplace solutions, and driven enterprise integration and organizational change to enable the multibillion-dollar strategic long-range business plan and vision for the North America Online to Offline eCommerce Division. 

She holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investment & Banking and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA’s in Marketing and Operations and Management Sciences form the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

In her spare time, Lynne enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering as a basketball coach, Girl Scout Troop Leader, and supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) where she served as a board member for several years.
