Strategy Development Director, WPP UK and Chief Transformation & Integration Officer, GroupM
Lisa has worked within the WPP network since joining MediaCom in 2007.
In January 2018 she became the UK Strategy Development Director and first member of Karen Blackett’s newly formed WPP team. Lisa works across WPP’s UK business in every area of the communications and marketing landscape, from Media to Commerce, Technology to Experience. A core focus of her role is bringing together diverse capabilities to build extraordinary solutions for clients and future proofing the organisation in the UK market.
Lisa joined the leadership team at GroupM in late 2020 becoming the UK Chief Transformation & Integration Officer. She provides leadership for transformation programmes, helping GroupM deliver on its mission to shape the next era of media where advertising works better for people.
