Leslie Waters is a Sr. Associate Brand Manager for Mars Wrigley currently working on EXTRA® Gum, leading the EXTRA® x ViacomCBS VMA Partnership. The 2021 Activation leaned into EXTRA®’s Fresh Start Campaign including a collaboration with Troye Sivan that brought both fans and consumers along the journey of safely re-emerging into live music. Leslie has helped maintain EXTRA® as the #1 brand in the category, leading the work to revitalize the gum category, strategic partnerships, and media activations to drive scale and relevance. With over 11 years of CPG experience Leslie has worked across multiple functions with roles in Business Analytics and Customer Marketing. In addition, she led the launch of the MALTESERS® Brand in the United States including developing Mars Wrigley’s first Brand Urbanization Program focusing on geo-targeted media and experiential marketing. Outside of Mars Wrigley Leslie is a certified Jazzercise Instructor and avid traveler, originally from Chicago and currently residing in New Jersey.
