Leslie has focused her career on connecting authentically with people through communications. With over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand, and corporate communications, she has found the pace of change in the way brands connect with audiences the most rewarding challenge. Since 2006, Leslie has held senior marketing leadership roles for professional service firms, specifically within the architecture, engineering, and design industry.
Currently, Leslie is the Global Director of Marketing for Gensler, the world’s largest design firm, where she leads a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, editors, and designers who own the firm’s brand and external communications channels.
Leslie is a graduate of Auburn University (B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing) and Northwestern University (M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications). She serves on the Board of Directors for The Success Centers, a Bay Area non-profit focused on empowering the Black and Brown communities through education, employment and art.
