Leesa Eichberger

Head of Brand Marketing, Farmers Insurance

As the Head of Brand Marketing for Farmers Insurance®, Leesa Eichberger is part of the Farmers® marketing leadership team and oversees the development and continued growth of the brand. Leesa provides leadership and strategic insight over advertising, media and sponsorship investments, as well as creative services and customer communications. She has more than 20 years of experience in launching and building brands, driving sales and increasing revenue.
Prior to joining Farmers in 2016, she was Chief Marketing Officer, North America for Jenny Craig International, where she led a strategic overhaul of the organization’s marketing efforts. Leesa also served as Vice President of Marketing for Vonage, a leading provider of low-cost communications services, and Executive Director of National Promotions for Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Mobility). Prior to these roles, Leesa held advertising agency positions with Ogilvy & Mather and Poppe Tyson.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California – Los Angeles, graduating Cum Laude and with departmental honors. She is also a Cannes Gold Lion award winner, a recipient of Silver and Bronze Effie awards, and AdWeek’s LA Brand Stars award.
Passionate about health and wellness, Leesa is a competitive age-group triathlete. She sits on a non-profit board, Women for Tri, which aims to empower female athletes. She is also native Californian, and an avid world traveler and voracious reader.
