Lauren Westin is Director, Digital Experience of J&J’s US Self Care business, representing $3.7B in 2021 sales across well-known OTC, Oral Care, and Wound Care brands like Tylenol, Zyrtec, Motrin, Listerine and Band-Aid. She leads teams to deliver seamless, integrated, continuously optimized digital consumer experiences that drive conversion and build brand loyalty.

Lauren first joined Johnson & Johnson in 2015 as the Director of Global Digital Strategy in Vision Care, where she built the Vision Experience driving share and category growth. Lauren then took on roles leading the $3B ACUVUE® brand in Consumer Experience and Innovation.

Prior to joining JJV, Lauren led Digital & Social Media at Nestlé Purina in London, UK. Prior to Nestlé, Lauren was at Newell Rubbermaid overseeing innovation and commercialization for the Graco Pack ‘n Play and Car Seat categories in US and EMA where she was granted three inventor patents.

Lauren also founded an interactive marketing start-up focused on consulting for small business needs early in her career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and French at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her MBA at Emory University.
