Laura Tedesco is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of The Honey Pot Company, the vulva and vaginal wellness brand made “by humans with vaginas, for humans with vaginas”. 

Laura is a seasoned marketer with more than 15 years of experience growing innovative health and wellness brands, ranging from direct-to-consumer darlings to household names at some of the world’s largest CPG companies. 

Under her leadership, The Honey Pot Company is the #1 followed feminine care brand on social and has launched close to 50 SKUs in novel categories such as supplements, cosmetic OTCs, and sexual wellness, earning the company accolades from CEW (Beauty Creator Award 2021 and 2022), Cosmopolitan (Holy Grail Beauty Award 2022), Bustle (Sexual Wellness Award 2022), WWD (Beauty Inc Wellness Award 2021) and more. In her tenure, sales have increased 200%+ and The Honey Pot has accelerated its #1 selling Sensitive Wash and Sensitive Wipe ranking*. Today, The Honey Pot Company can be found in more than 4.6 million U.S. homes and in Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, CVS, and Walgreens locations nationwide. 

Laura joined The Honey Pot Company in January 2021 from Zarbee’s Naturals (acquired by Johnson & Johnson), where she was the brand’s head of Consumer Marketing. During her three year tenure, Laura developed and executed Zarbee’s brand strategy and marketing efforts, overseeing the launch of dozens of new products while growing the brand’s position as the “#1 pediatrician recommended cough syrup”, ultimately helping grow the brand 185% to ~$200MM in retail sales. 

Prior to Zarbee’s Naturals, Laura worked at Colgate Palmolive in a variety of leadership roles spanning marketing, innovation, global strategy and sales across the Oral Care, Personal Care, and Home Care businesses. 

Laura is passionate about normalizing the vagina through education and tackling period inequity and has been featured in Beauty Independent and at the Houlihan Lokey Global Consumer, Food & Retail Conference to discuss these and other topics. 

Laura received her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College. She remains active in her community through volunteer work with The Sharing Shelf and Friends of the Family, mentorship and advisory work through the TIG Advisory, and as an alumni mentor and interviewer at both of her alma maters. She resides in New York.
