Kristin Glushon is Head of Partnerships and Marketing for Trigger – the XR Agency, which develops AR, VR and MR experiences that connect people to brands, sports, entertainment and e-commerce.
As the leading XR agency and one of the fastest growing private companies in the US, Kristin and her team are responsible for driving Trigger’s growth and partnering with companies, such as Disney, Verizon, LEGO, the NBA, Molson Coors and Niantic to create XR marketing campaigns and powerful enterprise solutions. In addition, Kristin oversees Trigger’s strategic partnerships, including the VR/AR Association, the Global Telco Alliance and the National Minority Supplier Development Council, aligning with Trigger’s corporate values of diversity and inclusivity.
Prior to joining Trigger, Kristin was EVP of Client Development for Branded Entertainment Network (BEN), the global leader in product placement and influencer marketing. Before BEN, Kristin was SVP of Sales, Client Strategy at Orion, an IPG agency and prior, she held numerous roles in sales and client services for Thomson Reuters. She is also active in diversity and women’s empowerment initiatives, most recently serving on ThinkLA’s DIG committee and on the board for IPG’s Women’s Leadership Network. Kristin holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
