Kosta has been consulting with brands and service providers for 20+ years. Kosta has helped B2B and B2C companies move to the "next level of success" by focusing on person-based strategies that companies can execute and align all siloed activities within the company to those key integrated strategies.
Over the years, Kosta ran consumer membership businesses, an addressable media practice, data product development, and an attribution business. Prior to joining OMD, he was SVP Nielsen Product Leadership, CMO of United Marketing Group, Practice Leader at Experian, and Director of Marketing at GE and Discover Card.
Kosta has experience in launching new technology in privacy/compliance and has served in many cross-functional/center of excellence roles. He has had broad managerial, operational and profit and loss responsibilities for the organizations stated above and has delivered positive outcomes for brands such as Kraft, P&G, ConAgra, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Meijer, SCJ, Kellogg, Miller Coors, and Target.
Kosta has Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Master of Business Administration, with distinction and concentration in Finance from DePaul University, The Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
