My background is in all things loyalty and CRM. Currently, I lead loyalty program evolution and oversee CRM and lifecycle strategy at European Wax Center. Previously I've been in the hospitality industry, spent time understanding the nuances of B2B marketing, and encouraged player activation and retention. I've also spent time optimizing marketing technology at Papa Johns, and developing subscription services to increase customer repurchase and LTV.
