Wells Fargo’s Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook Platform Manager
As a social media strategist I set the vision, and define strategies and best practices, for Wells Fargo’s Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest presences. In my role, I also partner with outside agencies and internal lines of business to develop social marketing programs — supporting national campaigns and regional sponsorships — that tell a compelling brand story, foster engagement and drive upper- and lower-funnel business outcomes. Prior to joining our social media team, I worked as a digital product manager, where I launched and managed eCommerce and self-service functionality, interactive tools and electronic documents on wellsfargo.com. Prior to Wells Fargo, I worked in product development and marketing at Charles Schwab, and as a healthcare public relations consultant promoting several pharmaceutical and over-the-counter brands nationally. I graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland with a degree in History, and earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Outside the office, I enjoy sports (Go Cavs!), travel, blogging and photography.
