Myers looks at his time as head of Marketing & Sales at Cold Stone Creamery as his most meaningful success where he helped grow the brand from several hundred locations to over 1400 stores in 9 countries and into one of the top-selling ice cream brands in the world. Today Kevin recently launched Customer University as a way share lessons from his professional experiences at DIRECTV, TASER, Frito-Lay, Baxter Healthcare and CRM brands Act! & Saleslogix. Kevin is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
