Kevin Gould

Founder/CEO, Kombo Ventures

A born entrepreneur, Kevin Gould is redefining the way consumers interact with influencers, brands, content, and each other, across multiple industries.

Along with managing and navigating business and brand alignments for Jake Paul and the so- cial media conglomerate Team Ten, whose collective social reach is over 110 million followers, Kevin Gould is an active angel investor based in Los Angeles with his hand on the pulse of to- morrows tech, influencer, and creative content trends.

Kevin began his career at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment where he noticed a missing link between technology and entertainment. This inspired him to start his own consulting and investing firm, Kombo Ventures, in September 2012. In the years that followed, Gould made strategic investments in a number of innovative new startups; Laurel & Wolf, Gyft (acquired by First Data), Compology, DraftKings, The Hunt (acquired by Pinterest), Whistle (acquired by Mars), Clutter, Rinse, Jukin Media, and many more.

Gould was previously a founding partner and investor at Beautycon Media, a beauty and life- style media company with a global festival business that has grown to dominate and redefine the space. Beautycon Media set the bar for emerging media companies by utilizing an original content business model – focused on culture, inclusion, beauty, style, and trends, as well as a direct to consumer, e-commerce vertical. Beautycon counts A&E, Live Nation, and Hearst as investors.

Utilizing his extensive knowledge of the entertainment and tech industries, Gould advises and invests in a comprehensive portfolio of companies in addition to regularly speaking on panels at events on new media, experiential marketing, influencer alignment, and the merging of technol- ogy and entertainment.
