Kerry Tucker is the Chief Marketing Officer of pocket.watch, the kids entertainment studio creating global franchises from the YouTube stars and characters loved by Generation Alpha. Specializing in entertaining kids through digital-first content and sparking their imaginations with products ranging from toys to toothbrushes to televisions shows, pocket.watch is disrupting kids entertainment in a very big way. Ms. Tucker oversees all consumer marketing for pocket.watch and its creators, ensuring that kids all over the world see themselves in the content and products pocket.watch produces. She also oversees all business to business marketing and corporate communications, focused on securing pocket.watch as a responsible leader in the business community.  

Kerry Tucker is a seasoned executive with experience leading a range of companies, from Fortune 500s to startups. Ms. Tucker has held leadership roles at major companies such as Victoria’s Secret, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and CBS Corporation, as well as startups The Video Genome Project (acquired by Hulu in 2016) and Hello Sunshine, Reese Witherspoon’s media and production company. 

Prior to joining pocket.watch, Ms. Tucker was the inaugural CEO of Hello Sunshine, Reese Witherspoon’s media and production company, running the company from its inception. She was responsible for creating the infrastructure, business model, content strategy and brand position for the new company and executing all operations to ensure its successful launch in 2017.  Ms. Tucker came to Hello Sunshine after Hulu’s acquisition of The Video Genome Project, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, leading strategy, business development and operations. Ms. Tucker was instrumental in the acquisition of The Video Genome Project by Hulu in 2016.

Prior to her startup life, Ms. Tucker spent several years at larger companies in senior roles. She was the EVP Marketing for Victoria’s Secret, the $6B specialty retail brand. Reporting into the CEO, Ms. Tucker was responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing for Victoria’s Secret and Pink brands through their 1,100 retail locations and massive ecommerce channels.  From data to digital, Ms. Tucker owned the entire customer experience. Ms. Tucker honed her marketing and merchandising skills while serving in various executive roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. As SVP Marketing, Media & Merchandising, she oversaw the lifestyle brand’s robust branded integration business and licensing efforts with major retailers such as The Home Depot, Macy’s, PetSmart, Staples and Michaels. She was responsible for every consumer touchpoint of the iconic, ubiquitous brand.

Ms. Tucker’s earlier career began with CBS Corporation, where she served in escalating roles for CBS Radio and CBS R.I.O.T. (radio, interactive, outdoor and TV).  As VP of Business Development, she generated millions of dollars in revenue creating cross-platform solutions for brands like Bank of America and AT&T.

Ms. Tucker is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in Pacific Palisades, CA with her 3 children.
