Kelly McDonnell is a digital marketer with over a decade of experience across social media, digital technology and e-commerce at global scale. Kelly has spent the last six years at the Estee Lauder Companies, leading the digital and social media strategy, growth and development for some of its leading luxury brands, including four years with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and the past two years with luxury skincare brand, La Mer. Prior to Estee Lauder Companies, Kelly worked with fashion and entertainment brands in the UK to grow their e-commerce business and with clients including NBC Universal, the BBC and Ubisoft where she developed interactive digital experiences using the latest technology to drive engagement. Kelly thrives in the fast-pace of the digital space to develop and measure robust paid, owned and earned media strategies as well as being first-to-market to pilot new technology and innovations.
