VP, Communications & Brand, Thirty Madison
Kelly Gardiner is the VP of Brand & Communications at Thirty Madison where she has led strategic communications and brand efforts for the telehealth leader since 2021. Before joining Thirty Madison, Kelly served as SVP, Head of Marketing & Communications at Tempest (now Monument), a first-of-its-kind digital recovery platform. During her time at Tempest, Kelly & her team leveraged innovative brand and comms strategies to usher in a cultural revolution that supported millions to explore their relationship with alcohol. Before her time at Tempest Kelly spent over a decade in brand & communications leadership roles with some of the world’s most valuable companies, where she led high-performing teams that were responsible for creating meaningful experiences for consumers; most notably: DIRECTV, Accenture, Cigna, Microsoft, Reckitt, and adidas. Kelly has been recognized for her leadership and team development skills; chosen for training with TBWA’s Leadership Academy.
In her free time, Kelly works closely with start-up Founders & CEO’s to better articulate and create action on their missions through their organizational goals. Kelly is an (very) amateur chef, avid reader and loves finding new nature trails to explore. She resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her cat, Bruce Wayne.
