Katie Rubenstein is the Regional Client Director, Automotive Partnerships at Ampersand, a data-driven advertising sales and technology company which enables advertisers to reach their audiences with precision and scale in a multiscreen TV environment. In her role, Katie takes a strategic approach to consult auto marketers and agencies as they evolve into an audience first approach.

By leveraging audience insights and brand ad exposure from Ampersand’s vast deterministic data set, the Auto Partnerships team delivers holistic national-local audience-based TV planning, buying & measurement under one roof.

Prior to joining Ampersand, Katie spent 12 years at Effectv, where, as Regional Account Executive, she was highly effective in delivering impactful communications to implement customer-focused strategies. She led the Automotive Team at Effectv, which focused solely on servicing tier 3 automotive clients and agencies. Additionally, while at Effectv, she was on the team that launched Audience Intelligence in the Atlanta market. While much of her expertise is in Automotive she has worked with non-automotive brands such as McDonald’s, Ted’s Montana Grill, and the Super Bowl.

Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
