She has led successful initiatives across B2B and B2C campaigns, developing creative concepts that connect with and engage loyal customers.

Prior to joining IHG® in 2010, Karen gained strong brand and marketing experience with global agencies including McCann, TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi and M&C Saatchi on accounts including automotive loyalty, retail & retail loyalty, brand and commercial products.
