Karen Eisenbach is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Voya Retirement, part of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE:VOYA), which helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings – to get ready to retire better. 

In her current role, Eisenbach is focused on the development, strategic focus and execution of marketing strategy for Voya Retirement’s Tax-Exempt, Corporate Markets and Retail Wealth Management groups, which comprise the company’s workplace and individual retirement businesses, including 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans.

Eisenbach is a member of the company’s Enterprise Leadership Team, collaborating on the execution of Voya’s strategy. She is also a member of the boards of directors for the Greatest Hartford Arts Council and Creative Spirit, a non-profit devoted to creating integrated employment opportunities at the best companies in the world for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Eisenbach brings more than 25 years of marketing, sales, product management and strategic planning experience to the role. Most recently, she was executive director of Retirement Marketing at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she helped develop and launch a retirement offering for small and mid-sized corporate plan sponsors. She also managed her own consulting business, and held prior leadership positions with Nationwide Financial and National City Bank. Eisenbach earned a degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
