Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Avocados From Mexico
Jorge Almeida began his marketing career at Hispanic advertising agency, LatinWorks, as an account manager on brands such as Burger King and Mars/Wrigley. From there, he joined Richards/Lerma in Dallas to work on the agency’s biggest client, The Home Depot. After 6 years agency-side, he joined the largest beer company in the world, Anheuser-Busch. Jorge provided brand management for Bud Light, Budweiser, Michelob Ultra and launched two new Mexican imports, Montejo and Estrella Jalisco. In 2019, he joined the growing Avocados From Mexico digital team where he currently leads all social media and content for the brand and oversees campaigns such as Super Bowl and Cinco de Mayo. Jorge is currently pursuing his MBA at SMU Cox School of Business and is an avid marathoner.
