Jonathan joined Evergreen Trading in late 2012 following 10 years of corporate trading transactional experience.
His responsibilities at Evergreen include originating, executing and managing corporate trade partnerships, creating customized programs that deliver maximum value and ease of use.
Jonathan also manages Evergreen’s real estate practice, overseeing the acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate properties throughout North America.
Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Jonathan received his BA in American Studies from Brandeis University and his MS in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
