Joey Schultz is Vice President Business Solutions Digital Experience for AT&T. He is responsible for the development and execution of AT&T’s Business Digital First strategies, including all online merchandising, sales, service, and support functions for AT&T business products and services.

Joey’s team develops and executes strategies to provide effortless, personalized, and seamless digital experiences across AT&T solutions and channels. His team manages day-to-day operations of the business.att.com website and AT&T online wireline and wireless business portals, including Business Center, BusinessDirect, myAT&T for Business, and Premier.

Joey started his career at BellSouth in 1984, serving in a variety of positions, including information technology, finance, strategic management, marketing, consumer services, and small business services. His roles have included Vice President of Marketing for small business services and overall marketing responsibility for the consumer and small business segments across wireless, video, broadband, and voice services. He also served as Vice President of Consumer Marketing, where he led the transformation of directmarketing programs from independent, product-centric efforts to a fully-integrated, customer-centricapproach. Joey built AT&T’s direct marketing program, which remains one of the largest and most advanced in the nation.

Over the course of his career, Joey has served on numerous boards for organizations, including the Better Business Bureau of Central Alabama and the Birmingham Jewish Community Center. Joey previously served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta. He continues to serve on the Board of Trustees today.

Joey has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia and holds an MBA from Georgia State University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lauren, and their three children, Eli, Casey, and Leah.
