Jocelyn Merisca

Manager, Customer Engagement & Loyalty, Delta Air Lines

Jocelyn Merisca is a versatile marketing professional with broad experience in business planning, product development, brand strategy, and strategic partnerships. Currently, she works for Customer Engagement & Loyalty at Delta Air Lines managing SkyMiles Non-Air Redemption programs. In this role she focusses on providing Members with options to use miles and developing engaging customer experiences. Prior to Delta, she worked in marketing for Johnson & Johnson on the Aveeno Body, Baby, and Suncare brands.

Jocelyn is a proud graduate of Hampton University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

In the community she serves on the Board of Trustees for The Carolyn Barron Montessori School as well as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Links Incorporated.

In her free time this Boston native enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering.
