His team delivered countless data-driven user experiences on netapp.com. He is a firm believer that “Data > Opinion” and is an advocate for personalization and quality. Jim also evangelized and lead NetApp’s Digital Marketing team in their transition to Agile, garnering global recognition at “The Agile Awards” in London.
