Jill is responsible for delivering innovation, commercialization, insights, culinary, brand equity, media, creative, and digital marketing for the global organization. She has brought significant capability in house to enable consumer intimacy and cost effectiveness and increase the speed, quantity and quality of McCormick’s communications. She also sits on McCormick’s Global Consumer Strategy Council and Global Diversity Council and leads the Global Marketing Leadership group.
Jill has held roles of increasing responsibility at McCormick since 2008. Prior to McCormick, she held roles at Procter & Gamble, Integrated Health Services, Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. Pratt earned a BS in Accounting from University of Virginia and MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Center Stage in Baltimore, MD.
