Jessica Otero

Jessica is an award-winning social media and marketing professional with 8 years of experience helping brands meet their goals by leveraging the power of social media. Jessica is currently assistant vice president, social media at SunTrust Bank where she is the dedicated strategist responsible for the company’s brand and consumer social media marketing campaigns. In this role she is responsible for the overall strategy, creative execution, media planning, measurement and reporting of all brand campaigns and consumer demand generation efforts on social media. Prior to joining SunTrust, Jessica worked for Cbeyond, a B2B communications company, where she created and managed the social media marketing and customer service strategy for the brand. She has also created numerous employee social media programs and executed training and content creation on their behalf. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and was previously recognized the Technology Association of Georgia as Social Media Marketer of the Year.
