Jennifer Smith is current Head of Industry, Automotive at Ampersand, a data-driven advertising sales and technology company which enables advertisers to reach their
audiences with precision and scale in a multiscreen TV environment. In her role, Jen leads development & activation of AMP’s Portfolio Auto Strategy across all Auto
Accounts & Holding Companies. She partners with auto marketers and agencies to streamline media across tiers and connect with consumers from the point of initial
consideration to purchase.
She has a relentless pursuit to create game changing solutions for customers. Her thirst for knowledge and finding ways to be more efficient makes her well respected
amongst her clients. She has a keen ability to understand complex automotive sales cycles and advertising strategies to deliver strong ROI.
During her most recent leadership role with Adobe, she helped clients build and execute TV to digital campaigns with an audience first approach to TV, changing the
way TV is bought, sold and measured. Jen has held various positions on the Detroit Advertising Association Board of Directors, including President in 2018 and current
chair of sponsorship. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
